Vacationed at Kirklyn’s place with my mom, daughter and granddaughter. The place was exactly like the pictures and very clean! Kirklyn was a great host, always there if I had a question and the Phoenix VI is a very nice place to vacation at. Will definitely return in the future!

Great place to stay. The home was beautiful beyond what listing photos show. The one downfall were the amount of steps. I have a heart condition so 4 flights of steps was difficult for me. The hosts were very responsive and it’s a short drive to the downtown action. We went to a local Kroger and it was a bit sketchy with armed guards at the entrance. The home itself is nestled in safety. But a mile up the road it’s not quite as welcoming. Overall it’s a great quality home for the price.
